Developed new, standardized quality control process (including tools, techniques, and procedures) for $500 million (asset portfolio) department.  Previously, the unit had experienced high levels of delayed fundings and compliance challenges due to weak credit evaluations. Chaired Quality Control Committee to appraise transaction risk and validate regulatory compliance associated with $40 million in annual project financing requests.  Within this framework, established and championed compliance programs to augment loss mitigation procedures for customer communication, underwriting, funding, and servicing.

Operational Excellence

Re-engineered loan fulfillment process across 3 processing centers and 5 departmental front-end and back-end disciplines to improve operating efficiencies and meet customer Critical to Quality measures.  The revamp resulted in 3-5% per annum expense reduction and 33% process cycle time contraction.  As a skilled Operations strategist and Continuous Improvement leader, Veritable Associates has expertise in leading multi-functional business teams and clients through transformational change.

Profiling and Identifying Customer Insights

Created custom software for managing account plan activities, uncovering and mapping new opportunity development.  Implemented a “best practice” approach to identify and replicate successful sales strategies.  Provided cross-functional guidance and coordination across the organization to implement global account strategies.  Developed templates and resources to teach others how to leverage account plan insights into compelling executive-level presentations.

Data Analytics

Spearheaded enterprise-wide (1,000+ personnel division) project to automate and streamline the Operational Risk Rating framework designed to predict the probability of Non-Performing Accounts.  Standardized credit risk factors and collaborated with IT to develop system requirements. Veritable Associates, LLC has demonstrated expertise in conducting / analyzing quantitative and qualitative research, including root cause data, financial, and statistical analysis.
